Before he got into real estate, he was a salesman in the energy field for 13 years. That training plus the over 900hrs of real estate training he has successfully completed, helps him better serve his clients in multiple factors of the real estate transaction. When he is not assisting clients, he loves spending time with his wife and two kids, coaching Basketball, and volunteering at their Christian School in Weatherford TX.

As a Realtor, Jerry Allen's preferred clientele are those who are having a bit of a time getting going. He likes to educate his buyers on the process, get their credit up to par, get them qualified and then get them into their home. This is not the case for all Realtors. Most only look for those who have pristine credit and are looking for expensive homes. Jerry takes pride in moving his clients from the role of RENTER to the role of HOMEOWNER. However, his client base is extremely varied and there is no challenge he is not willing to undertake. Wealthy clients? He has them. Barely able to qualify? He has those, too. Mentor to newbie agents? Gladly. He loves to serve his clients, his community and his Lord Jesus Christ!

Kate Hogan moved to Texas in 2014 from her home state of Colorado. After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Textiles and Architecture she pursued a career in buying and selling merchandise for major western brands. Her career in the fashion industry turned after working for the NCHA Summer Spectacular. She found her true passion when she was introduced to the real estate industry. She began in an administrative and supportive role and then launched her own successful real estate business.
Kate enjoys a challenge and the completion of taking a transaction through the entire process up to closing. Her grit and determination to succeed has taken her business to the next level since 2015 when she first earned her real estate license. Partnering with Keller Williams, she received valuable training throughout her years of growth and experience.
